Had an item that was 5 days over the return date. Would not honor it.
I am a very loyal customer. I consistently shop in store and on line. Store in Austin, Texas would not honor it and when I called customer service they said I could send it back but could not guarantee the price of 40.00. So...
Why would I send it back and why could you not make a note in the system to give the price back. Manager was useless and not very supportive of customer. I am appalled at the service. I will continue to write bad reviews on a daily basis...
Daily basis. I will pay off my card and not shop at Loft.
