Shipping charge

I placed 2 orders yesterday. Why I was charged with shipping fee on the order number 111542****54? It stated free shipping on your website. The other order was 882288****60 yesterday. Can you combine 2 orders and ship in 1 shipping and remove the shipping fee of $8.95? Thanks

Initial purchase using debit card - direct withdrawal from bank returned item and debit is no longer active - was not refunded cash forced to rake Ann Taylor gift card - should be refunded in same manner I purchased - no empathy no attempt to satisfy called customer service and was transferred to Ann Taylor bank and then told I should never have been transferred - 30 years as a customer and just wanted human understanding

Well they would have had your card that it was purchased off of still been active. Technically it’s your issue really.

You had another option. Receiving a paper check roughly 2-3 weeks later. You didn’t like that option so they put it on a gift card instead. Awful nice of you to blame others for what was a situation of your own doing.

They can’t put it on a different card that wasn’t the one used. The computerized register just won’t allow it.

I purchased a pair of shoes using a debit card to my checking account that is no longer active - the associate said she could not give me cash I could only have an Ann Taylor gift card as I had to receive a refund using initial Pay which was my bank / cash no empathy of any kind the. I called your service center and was transferred to your bank where I was told I as transferred incorrectly. If I took a picture of my closet you would say omg this is a raving fan and we should have treated her according to how much business she gives us

Wrong address on order

Chose box with FL address and confirmation came thru with NC address. Immediately connected with live chat and told couldnt correct or cancel order. Tried texting to # listed and text not delivered. Finally reached customer service and told same thing and that they couldnt remove me from mailing list. So wonder what help they can actually offer. ont shop Ann Taylor. Their is no company Service.

Hello, I returned some earrings and wanted to let you know that they are on there way from UPS. Also, I need to return a dress back to the store. This store doesn't offer any hand sanitizer for the employees and no working equipment(vacuum cleaner has been broken over 3 weeks) for closing procedures. Have the employees sweep the rugs.

RUN away from this card!

I opened an Ann Taylor card in store during a purchase a few months ago. I always pay in full on time, not just on this card, but all cards. The first time I paid, I selected a date a couple days early on my online banking since it was the first time I was paying. It arrived and posted 3 days after the due date and they charged me a late fee. I called; they waived the late fee. I used the card again - total purchase: $47. I set this one to pay 3 days in advance of the due date. My bank (and I have record of this) sends it 4 days in advance of that. It posts 4 days late. Do the math;that's 11 days that it took to receive and post my payment. And...another late fee, that they will not waive this time. They 'open an investigation', and shockingly, decide that I still owe them a late fee (if you're keeping up, that was $30 + interest on a $47 charge...that was paid). So, now I get charged interest on the interest and fees because they've decided I still owe them the fee and I'm liable for the interest during the time they were 'investigating'. Further, they mail me all this correspondence. The last one they sent was dated 10/26. I received it 11/12 (AFTER the due date - 11/6 - for my bogus fees, so even more interest was charged...) DO NOT USE THIS CARD. They are fraudulently posting fees and using terrible customer service to get people to give up.

Beware of billing invoice for online orders

I'm impressed with the quality of my recent online order. However, when I reviewed my billing invoice I noticed an additional tax added termed "tax on shipping". As a WA resident, I expected a sales tax charge of 8.4%. When I tried to receive explanation of what was this "tax on shipping". I was essentially told that it was a tax to place the item in a box and give it to their online shipping agent. I asked why this charge wasn't explained as the cost of doing business with this company. Instead, of this no nonsense explanation, which I believe is handled by a foreign call center, my question would be referred to the "never-never land" called "corporate".

Poor Customer Service

I ordered a skirt from on of Ann Taylor’s stores to be shipped to my home. After close to 3 weeks I never received the shipment and call customer service to inquire about the status of my order. I was told that they had no record of it being shipped, and could not tell me what happened with the order. Had I not called to follow up or forgotten that I placed the order, I would have paid for something that I never received, as there was NO follow-up on their end! They offered to issue a refund, but no longer had the item in stock. Such a huge inconvenience being that I had already purchased the matching top in store. So now, I have a top and no skirt. I asked to speak with a supervisor to voice a complaint about their lack of follow-up and initially was told that she was tied up but that they could offer me a $20 gift card. WHAT AN INSULT.!! I declined the gift card and waited to speak with the supervisor, which only frustrated me even further. Her customer service skills left a lot to be desired. She stated I could keep checking to see when the item was back in stock.... what a joke! You can keep your $20 and poor customer service Ann Taylor, I will be shopping elsewhere from now on!

Inefficient Rewards Program

Ann Taylor sends Rewards email stating that you have a number of rewards at a time. When you go into the store they will tell you that you only have one reward and that all the others were already used. When you go online to check your account it only shows one reward. Their emails are VERY misleading and there is no way to check online to see what you have already redeemed. It is not user friendly. You have to call customer service to find out what is going on which is a hassle. I have to resort to making my own spreadsheet to keep track. Their old program through Comenity was perfect. I say if its not broke don't fix it!

Worst customer service i’ve seen ever - online shopping

I bought online and paid for one day shipping for my clothes to arrive on or before May 17th. I left NY (I live in Brazil) on May 19th and it had never arrived. Since then I can, open dispute, complaint for AT LEAST them give my money back and they don’t care at all ! It is a shame, I WAS a big customer of this store.
